Santa will be chatting to the children at The Mall Maidstone this year through a video link connected to The North Pole!
When you enter the Grotto, you will be greeted by Santa on a big TV screen. The children can have a lovely chat with him; tell them what they would like for Christmas; they they have been good this year and will leave a mince pie for him and a carrot for Rudolph.
Santa will then take a couple of photos and you will be able to chose your picture and collect the present from the photo counter.
