NO! There is no online booking this year! Just turn up on the day you want to visit and pay on entry. During busy times, there may be a short queue, but Santa will get around to see all the children that want to visit him.
Yes of course. Each child will receive an age-appropriate gift from Santa when they come to see him.
You are under no obligation to buy the photo taken during the visit. Having it taken though is all part of the experience for the child, (and does make a lasting memory). Please note, that the use of personal cameras or phones in the Grotto is not allowed.
Yes, Santa loves to see babies and he has a lovely selection of baby gifts for them. We will of course take a lovely photo of your first visit to meet Santa.
Of course, Nans & Granddads are more than welcome, as long as no more than 6 people in the Grotto. And of course, only the children pay.
Please don't worry! Santa will do his best to engage your little one in a friendly chat. Of course, any tips on what he might chat to them about could be mentioned to the elf before you go in.
Photos start from £6 each and are printed straight away for you to take home with you. A full price list and the different deals can be found if you CLICK HERE.
Sorry, all children must be accompanied by and adult when visiting the Grotto.
No. Not without your consent. Because of GDPR, there is no online re-ordering of photos. You can of course buy anything you like from the Photo Elves at the time of your visit.
Adults bringing their children to see Santa do not pay. However adults visiting by themselves pay the normal fee.
We only allow up to 6 people in the Grotto this year. We will take any photos you request: children on their own; children with Mum & Dad; children with Nan, etc. Just let Santa's photo elf know.
Unfortunately not this year!
To keep everyone in the Grotto safe, there will be a small barrier in front of Santa. This will not affect the photo and is in place to keep the risk of infection to a minimum.
